Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. You need an X account in good standing to sign in. One person, one account.

Content on FITCOIN, from members, from challenges and from FIT AI, is general fitness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Exercise carries risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a programme, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. You take part at your own risk.

FIT AI is an automated assistant that can be wrong. Plans are validated against safety rules before they are shown, but you remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you. FIT AI has daily usage limits and may be unavailable at times.

You own what you post. You give FITCOIN a licence to store, display and distribute it within the service according to the visibility you choose, until you delete it. You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.

Workouts and challenge check-ins are self-reported unless clearly marked as moderator-reviewed. Leaderboards and achievements are for motivation and carry no monetary value. Dishonest entries may be removed.

Linking a wallet is optional unless token-gated membership is switched on. Linking only proves you control an address; FITCOIN never takes custody of assets and never asks you to send a transaction or approve spending to link.

If gating is on, access to some community features depends on the published holding policy. The policy can change and is versioned. Losing eligibility pauses those features; it never deletes your account or content.

Nothing on FITCOIN is financial or investment advice. Tokens are volatile and may lose all value. FITCOIN makes no promise of profit, yield or return of any kind.

• Follow the Community Guidelines.
• Do not attempt to access other members' private data, uncover anonymous members' identities, scrape the service or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use automation to post, vote or check in.
• Do not impersonate others or imply an affiliation that does not exist.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms. You are told the reason and can appeal to a different moderator. You can delete your account at any time.

FITCOIN is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for injury arising from exercise you choose to do, or for losses related to crypto assets. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use FITCOIN after a change means you accept it.
