Community Guidelines

Everyone here is at a different stage. Celebrate effort, answer questions kindly, and give feedback the way you would want to receive it.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or pile-ons.
• No comments on other people's bodies. Never rank or rate anyone's appearance.

• Do not promote extreme dieting, purging, dehydration, rapid weight loss or training through injury or illness.
• Do not give medical diagnoses or tell someone to stop prescribed treatment.
• Label anything risky clearly, and do not pressure others to match your volume or intensity.
• If someone appears to be in danger, encourage them to seek professional or emergency help and report the post.

• Log what you actually did. Challenge entries are self-reported; fake entries undermine everyone.
• Do not use multiple accounts, vote rings or automation to manipulate votes, rankings or leaderboards.
• Disclose sponsorships or anything you are paid to promote.

Do not pretend to be another person or organisation, and do not claim a partnership that does not exist.

• Do not try to uncover or reveal who is behind an anonymous profile, or share anyone's wallet address, real name or personal details.
• Only post photos or videos of other people with their permission.

• No unsolicited promotion, referral links, giveaways requiring payment or wallet-drainer links.
• No price predictions, calls to buy or sell, or promises of returns. FITCOIN is about fitness.
• New accounts have temporary posting limits to slow down spam.

• No sexual or graphic content. Progress photos are welcome when they are not sexualised.
• No illegal content, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.

Club owners and moderators set additional rules for their clubs and are responsible for applying them fairly. Platform rules always apply on top.

Use Report on any post, comment, profile or club. Reports are reviewed by human moderators; automated signals only flag content for review. The person you report is not told who reported them.

Depending on severity, moderators may remove content, issue a warning, suspend an account or ban it. You are told the reason, and you can appeal from Settings → Account. Appeals are decided by a different moderator.
